Sandy was invited to present the closing keynote at the CIO Summit 2022 to an audience largely made up of senior IT Managers, Chief Information, Data Technology Officers on how they can improve their leadership development in the upcoming periods of uncertainty. Sandy delivered a thoughtful and engaging presentation on the ego’s role in how people lead, how leaders develop over the course of their life and career, and how to eventually learn to get the ego out of their way to improve the impact of their leadership. It was great to work with Sandy leading up to the Summit to ensure we had a relevant session for our audience as she bought some great ideas on what to include in the presentation.
